TO talk ... one thing's for sure is that RXM won't get into production under current management
This is one of the better mining projects in Oz and would be a good hold were it not for management, of which there's an abundance, moving at glacier like speed. A TO isn't any good, they can move the share price down then swoop when it suits them.
