I was being a little humorous to illustrate the point above i.e. REX and JV partner would look to gazump a TO offeror.
But also a little serious because I don't think I the word could be used properly. I still think not but that never tends to stop me because it's HC and humor is more acceptable.

As Tony Ploglaise, the MD who engineered the Avanco resources T/O by OZL, told me about his meetings with individual groups of shareholders in Aust. capital cities to get it over the line. There were all sorts in those small groups brickies and everything. Now I don't think Tony was being snobbish. He was dressed quite casually and sporting about a week's stubble at NWC's Nov. AGM. None of which has reduced my respect for him any.
