There is no two ways about it, Hog ranch in being developed at snails pace to to split focus. Hog Ranch and Hillside both require sole focus to make required progress in required time frame. Even to spin off half of Hog Ranch with a float and include capital injection to new company, would leave RXM without the distraction but still have a iron in the fire and new management and capital to drive it forward at pace. However a clean 100% float would be better. Then we would have focus on Hillside and we can no excuses. AIMHO DYOR
