Well I dont know where you heard it, but its wrong.
There is a level PPM's of U that the copper buyers dont like to go over and when and if the U is above that level, then BHP will take all they can get....
I have worked at both Prom and Carra and I think i saw a couple of times in 10 years where concentrate went from PH to OD and only once in 2.5 years concentrate from Carra going to OD....
So far from being hard to sell - they have willing customers lined up for whatever they produce....
