I 'am playing devils advocate, with my limited capabilities and resources, the aforementioned is the main reason I believe this is stalling.

I enjoy being wrong, as then I've learnt something. Stalling copper prices, inflation, covid hangover, recession all play apart. The longer this drags on I keep coming back to the TRS!
