arsenic, I also think management have done a good job managing capital in recent times. clear signal for me was in 2018 when the directors banded together to raise and loan about $4m to keep the show moving forward without issuing new script. another clear positive signal now is consistency of management personnel and BOD. not too much chop and change. means they are focussed on doing their job without the distraction of a learning curve. looking at the individual share holdings of the BOD today also gives me confidence their monetary decisions will be mindful of preserving their own interests in the company.
