I hear what you are saying, and, yes, the management have given us "a reason". My issue is that the reason speaks to a lack of competitive tension among the potential parties. They all want more time? And, none of them are concerned that their competitors will step up before they do.
Forgive my scepticism but there seems to be a lot of sitting on hands with this stock, and that has been the case for a decade
