Peter made a comment about a possible 50/50 debt-to-equity financing/ownership arrangement re. Hillside. Also, he mentioned a possible completion of the financing stage by the end of the year -- which isn't really that far off.
I've downloaded the video and will watch it again (properly) later. Watching it once on an elliptical trainer at the gym doesn't really count!
