Open to discussion but from what I see RXM is turning over relatively lower volumes than other Copper Developers, especially in the Cu environment at present.
I attribute that more to sellers taking a "hard position", being denuded* of "Weak hands". I believe it will result in a trampolining effect in SP when JV is executed.
All IMVHO.
* I get to pick my turn of phrase.
