The "journalist" must have either pulled it out of the drawer on a weak news day
or banged his head on the table after nodding off and woken up to see RXM go up (shooting the lights out).
Still it provides the ballast for the upswing.
It seems to imply there is benefit for small investors who keep their eyes open.
