The cartel members like Glencore, BHP & Tragifura are demanding a higher rate of return particularly on capital intensity via Cu price. For smaller projects like this one I think key partners like RCF with the help of a streaming agreement will get it financed. Groups like Tribeca may get involved and it may go at 50% debt to equity rather than 60% mgt are using as a benchmark.
All IMVHO.
PS Someone like Mach, effectively private equity would have no problem. or as a Mine manager once said to me > I could Pi8S faster than that. (The stream was 30 l/min).
