You have to love the speccies. Flinders Mines is an interesting story. What concerns me with the small iron ore plays such as BC Iron Atlas HAW etc etc, is what are they gunna do with their ore? I can see major problems in the not distant future, of these coys raising the funds to get their materials to the markets. Lotta desert out there and they are no all near a friendly railway. A lot, in my view, will end up getting swallowed up by the iron ore big boys, or go bust. Interesting development to see FMG offer use of their rail assets to some of these smaller plays. This is all good while the iron ore price holds up, but if there is a squeeze, Fortescue will need to maximise production and push the smaller guys off the rail tracks, literally. They would be ripe for FMG to move on them then, I suppose. Just my opinion and probably one of the reasons I like the energy stocks that are actually producing and in profit.
