i think you are too harsh - think the culprit here is martu's greedy leech of an advisor joe procter - not the co... its taken rwd a 2 years of negotiations to get to this point only to have the rug pulled by a greedy black capitalist who wants to make a name for himself... the tribunal is going to give rwd access all they need to prove is that they had acted in good faith! and this fiasco is not like NT where they can block miners, all the martu can do is ask for economic benefits.... and they are going to be lucky if they can get royalties - so does anyone know of a proposed hearing date yet... this is going to be the easiest money investors are going to make.... its in the bag :)
