True - But it seems that the management of IRC and RWD struggle to deliver on... well... almost everything.
Going to take some effort to rebuild confidence.
The one positive is that they are not burning cash.
A few have asked why we are not drilling other resources... Its clear to me that we are conserving cash while the "Cash-Raising" option is very limited. Drilling costs money, and so do lawyers. IMHO anyway :)
