'first commercial shipment' - it's another play on words.

As long as the statement can be interpreted more than one way they are safe. Commercial shipment can mean a test shipment for the purposes of a commercial deal or it can also mean a shipment which will be sold to a customer or off-take partner. It could mean both - that is the problem with the statement... it's not clear. Interpret as you will.

But with the lack of communication from them do you really think if positive things were happening on the ground they would be keeping it quiet. I doubt it.

No proven off take partner, no finance solution, no Kolosori.... this is not going well.
