It is going to be next to impossible for AVQ to get an off take deal without a JORC Resource announced.  Without the JORC resource an off taker will have little idea what AVQ can sell them and for how long.  Any off taker is going to want to see the JORC Resource and Feasibility Study economics.  That is just usual practice.  At the moment AVQ have announced neither and they are fast depleting their cash.  It interests me as to why AVQ did not announce a JORC resource after they finished their last round of drilling a year or so ago.  My guess is the resource number did not look good as the grade was too low (from looking at the intersections they announced).  The whole scenario is getting towards crunch time for AVQ in the next few months.
