Birimian Limited (ASX: “BGS”, “Birimian” or the “Company” is pleased to advise that the Company has signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU” with General Lithium Corporation (“GLC” of China ahead of negotiating an offtake agreement for 200,000tpa or approximately 55% of the planned capacity output of the Goulamina Lithium Project.
Under the MOU, the parties have agreed to negotiate the terms of an off-take agreement for supply of 6% Li2O spodumene concentrates from 2020. The Company and GLC have agreed to undertake these negotiations under the MOU until 30 June 2019 (“negotiation period”.
Wouldn’t it absolutely brilliant if ...
A successful negotiation period with General Lithium and the three month licensing approval along with the name change
Were all announced on Monday 1st July 2019
If you can achieve that goal Chris ... it would be game on big time
And ... undoubtedly, lots of grateful and extremely happy shareholders
