Mali Lithium doesn't need Kodal, but the reverse is true.
Mali Lithium has 20-50 yrs of product in the ground already, what could Kodal bring to the table.
Can they provide $100m CASH to the table, no.
They'll likely go bankrupt whilst trying to find a way to "little brother us".
