Aside from BGS not needing any further lithium - already got 20 years at 5MTPA worth and probably a fair bit more. (Making the whole conversation a totally moot point)
It will simply never happen for one further primary reason. KOD's management and BOD would basically be voting themselves out of their jobs - as we'd have no need for anyone from their side - at best 3/4s of them would be cut. How often do you see guys vote themselves out of their paychecks? Never.
Not happening. Move on.
