Hello yuro,
Option is a way of rewarding later, it will be exercised at 3.3, 3.5 & 4 cents, so unless share price is above this it wont make sense to exercise it, until then no dilution..
I believe it shows conviction on behalf of mgmt in FML's potential to take options instead of cash.
What do you think?
