Shoebonline you make a good point and I am sure that those options will be performance based that is I don't think that the MD will get them unless he guides the company to specific goals. The options won't be worth the paper they are printed on unless he makes it happen and as a share holder if he does make it happen then it will show up as share appreciation. Go Focus
