Well hello shoebonline, good to see you have your finger on the pulse....Dilution is the problem....I don't have a problem with the option allocation or the pay rise to $200k but think the thirty five and a half million free options to Peter Williams is excessive.
I'm a long term holder of shares in this company (3 million @4.9cents. Hard earned,I might add).
FML soon to have 1,422,393,210 shares
Times are tough, targets have been met and I have no doubt that future targets will be met, It would be better if (directors)rewarded _yourselves_ later.
