Most of the Requisitioning Members (Thackray, Whiteley’s, R. Hogg and M. Hogg) are shareholders in IK Holdings.  Terry Squires (and wife) are not.

Not identified as related to the Requisitioning Members, but holding around 6 per cent of shares in IK Holdings and nearly 50 per cent of options in IK Holdings, is Ian Fred Burston, Chairman of Kogi Iron.
