Chiller is doing the right thing in allowing the requisitioners time to contact him on the research he has done. You can't be fairer and more up front than that.

I don't know what he has, but I have already seen enough from both sides over the last eight weeks to make a clear call about who on the board will represent my best interests as an ordinary shareholder in this Co.

As an aside, I would encourage everyone who has been cold-called to make notes on the assertions made to them. There is a growing likelihood these representations will be required as evidence at some future point.
