These are the questions I am thinking of asking on Monday does anyone have any additional questions I should ask, should I remove any?

1. Is the board divided?
2. Have there been selective shareholder briefings in breach of ASX rules?
3. Is Mr Wood engaging with anyone on Kogi strategy?
5. Was anyone issued with 30 million options?
6. Is anyone acting as shadow director?
7. Why issue shares immediately prior to the release of last bulk test results?
8. Has the board lost control of Mr Wood? Is Mr Wood pursuing his own agenda?
9. Why is the Chairman voting proxies in favour of resolutions 1-6?
10. Is ASIC or ASX investigating Kogi for breaches of ASX Rules and Corporations Act?
11. Does anyone on the board have a conflict of interest? IK Holdings, Terrain Capital?
12. What procedures are in place to ensure no conflict of interest exists between Terrain Capital and Mr Tilley and Mr Carroll? Were they observed?
13. Did Terrain Capital favour its clients first in the 2018 placement? Was the second raising (SPP) a breach of Corps Act and AFS Licence?
14. Is Mr Wood trying to “bat away” shareholders regarding a possible conflict issue? IK Holdings, Terrain Capital?
15. Is it true that top tier advisors will not touch Kogi, until Mr Carroll, Mr Tilley & Mr Wood are removed?
16. What is the Terrain Capital corporate advisory mandate? What other mandates have been given to Terrain Capital by Kogi?
17. Have other advisors provided proposals to Kogi?
18. Do the directors all realise that the Agbaja project is held in a subsidiary in Nigeria?
20. Is it true that Mr Carroll has not been to Nigeria during his 8 years on Kogi board?
21. Do the Nigerian stakeholders trust Mr Wood and UK advisors?
22. Did anyone representing Kogi offend officials in Nigeria this year on behalf of Kogi?
23. Are Dr Burston and Mr Joseph being forced to resign?
24. If Dr Burston or Mr Joseph resigned, will the traditional land owners and Nigerian authorities continue to work with Kogi?
25. Is there an association seeking to take control away from current Kogi shareholders?

27. In a Share Placement, is the Corporate Advisor obliged to seek capital from existing shareholders? In the Share Placement in Feburary 2018 how many existing shareholders participated in the placement? Did any of the Requisitioning Members receive shares in the placement?
