<1. Director and management salaries should be reduced in the short term - can lift when the company is making a cashflow profit. Why on earth would we be increasing salaries !!!!! Voting no to resolution 1.>

I will be taking up my allotment as I originally bought in at 14c so I can average down for what it's worth!!!!
I may apply for extras as I can apply the cash that I'm receiving from CAZ (Namibia) as a return on capital.
I believe the company has a profitable future but it may not be for a year or two.
We are long term here.
