Because everyone knows that when institutions/sophisticated investors with a significant amount of shares need to exit their position that they load up CommSec and hit the sell button at market price.
They wouldn't contact other institutions, significant holders or management themselves and work out an off-market trade. Nah, just dump it faster than a trader panic selling because the squiggles look bad.
