This fund has something like 70% retail investors. With the price at these levels how many are going to subscribe to the placement. That leaves a lot to be offloaded by the underwriter.

Still I think the fundamentals are excellent with Epic so I have topped up. If the sp picks up I while participate in the placement, otherwise I have picked up what I need.
