Hi Allwell i would just like to add that HDF mentioned sometime...

    Hi All
    well i would just like to add that HDF mentioned sometime ago that they have held back divi's of 100% paid out (ie total avail double =24c)to pay debt down to calm the market. i think this was back when they were 47c (oh how i wish i had of bought them then).
    So future crunching by us should include divi's of 26% on todays price.. and no im not selling... any1 lending money ;)) happy to pay 13% interest
