From the "locked" thread, I gleaned the following allegations or "theories" if you like:
1. Current share price weakness is due to IOH dumping shares on market
2. IOH are or were JPR's broker
3. IOH did not want JPROA to be exercised so they prevented them from being in the money
I have the following questions if anybody (Mljet?) can shed some light:
1. Who is IOH and what services have they provided to JPR? Have they done capital raisings for JPR?
2. Why are they dumping JPR shares?
3. Why do they not want JPROA to be exercised? Is it so that when JPR run low on funds they are forced to go back to IOH for cap raising so IOH get more business?
4. Are IOH dumping shares at a loss? Surely they didn't create all these shares from thin air, they must have paid something for them. If so, are they copping a loss on them?
Thanks.
