What I find extraordinary is that the three publicly listed Companies who Mr Palermo is involved in, according to the 2010 Annual reports, none made a profit, but nether the less, Mr Palermo managed to get paid well over $1 million dollars for this effort.

I think a word of warning should go out, what would me Palermo expect to receive as remuneration if, God forbid, one of these publicly listed companies should make a profit.
