Who is keeping the price down .

I having been thinking about who could be possibly be keeping the price down consistently and for so long and now have come out with the following theory .
1. Acadia has spent about $170 mill on trofinetide and have said they will be spending more short term .
2.Results are probably less than 6 months away.
3.Who is most likely to want to take over Neuren if the results are positive as the milestones and royalties could be well over $1 bill .Neuren currently capitalised at about $135 mill.
4.Who owns 26% of Acadia /Baker Bros .
5.Who has 2 directors on the Board at Acadia /Baker Bros .
6.Shares sold /bought are coming out of nominee company which is very hard to trace as overseas nominee companies normally ignore when asked who the shares are being bought or sold for .
7.Based on what Neuren has at present the stock would be at least $4 on the Nasdaq yet we are languishing at $1.21.
6.Based on the above my educated guess is that Baker Bros might well be very interested in keeping the price as low as possible before Acadia makes a takeover offer for Neuren .The lower the price of Neuren shares the lower the offer !!!!
