Anyone can post on HC but do ASX allow employees to post as part of their employment contract?

Has an ASX employee posted on HC? This could be confirmed if ISX felt the need to pursue this path on legal advice.

Was private Information between ISX and ASX released on HC and to other sources that should not have been?

I have no idea whether employees are on HC but if they were there maybe a few things to consider. IMO DYOR
