I agree Bris1. From the news I've been reading, this deal is better for Sigma shareholders than it is for Aspen shareholders. This is an opportunity to eliminate debt, sell off an underperforming division and return some capital to shareholders. I would be interested to know how much of this sale will be passed on to shareholders. Am also interested to find out whether their cost-cutting plans are working as this will be a good indicator for future performance.
