I'm with you, I have had my doubts about the Board for some time now. Shareholders will not get anything like $1.28 probably not even $1.00. Watch everyone whinge when the eventual dividend is the wrong side of $0.70. While I do not have any shares in ADY, I have been reading the posts on HC. Those posters were of the opinion that their Board was acting in their best interests. The same could happen here.
