Who is Ming SIng Tso aka "Barton"? - I wonder???

You may notice that Barton was also previously Managing Director of Far East Pharmaceutical Tech 12/2002 - 7/2004.

I wonder if Hongwei Cai's or Cai Hongwei's father was Chongzhen Cai or Cai Chongzhen? Interesting that Cai Chongzhen was receiving medical treatment in Fuzhou. I think I recall seeing a notification about the increased shareholding from Tongan citizen Hongwei Cai that listed his address as Fuzhou. Quite a coincidence??? By the way I understand that Cai Chongzhen disappeared and the company went into liquidation.

Which way will the tide turn?
