Not sure who he is, but the company doesn't seem to have a strong Board and management team. If everything's above board the company should have an incentive to provide adequate profiles on their key management personnel. There won't be buying pressure until the market has confidence in the team running the business - too many holes.
One thing that seems apparent is the insiders don't seem to be supporting the price as much now, causing the price to fall below the $1 mark. Based on substantial notices we know that insiders were buying almost all the volume traded.
