well everyone seems to be thinking the AP is a done deal - even the doubters so hopefully monday is the day of reckoning.
i do think the share issue will be a lower price which is ok as long as its available to all share holders - the only issue is if it reduces the conversion price for QVT, hence more dilution. lets hope the AP deal plus others overseas compensate. i am sure if we are over $1 by the end of the year, then all share holders would be up for a celebration. i remember the nasdaq party plans - how off the market was that. i blame amex with his great use of the english language and talk of euphoria.
