1. According to Negma website the company is based in London and UK
Fact: No license for financial services in UK in Dubai
2. Experienced Management?
Fact: a young gentlemen who has no visible track record and a young lady having a office in a apartment building in Dubai.
3. Background Chairman Negma:
CEO of another one man show, a company called "MS" in Saudi Arabia what can mean anything.
4. God knows where Negma hopes the get the money from to invest into Magnis. You simply can´t track it.
5. Wondering why AL, Australian banks and European bonds didn´t jump on such a great deal?
IMO this is a ticket for disaster.
