Yes I think it's oversold but we have been waiting for the RADI since November 2018 and some are getting impatient , also could the finance deal they have for the banking subsidiary be cancelled because of the melt down in equity markets, the money is held in escrow until July so I suppose they can't get out of it until July , by then I hope the RADI will be approved.
I also think this quarter and probably the next the transactions will be lower because people are not spending but it's only temporary , the NOV team are very clever and they could use these uncertain times looking for good value M&A.
I will keep my shares for now.
