You should be able to use your private emails (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, bigpond,.....) from anywhere in the world.
Just make sure the accomodation has internet connection / printer OR check into a local internet cafe.

Also, if you read the prospectus carefully, it says that you need not even fax / mail the entitlement form. All you have to do is BPay and based on the amount you have BPayed, it will be calculated to the nearest $1.00 rounded and the entitlement shares will be calculated.

If it is your company email, you got to ask your IT people of accessing emails over internet.
