A lot of SPPs have a discount, eg CSL recently offered this structure, but only 5% discount in the SPP. Sophisticated investors and instos paid $273 but regular shareholders got in at $253. But there was a lot of scale back in the SPP.
Same thing here.
If the VWAP is 10c, the SPP will be 8.5c and I think that there will be a lot of takers. I'll stump up $30k and hope to get filled.
But then there could be a lot of scale back.
And like CSL, hopefully a big bounce
