    How has this acquisition and the SP action changed your view? Has your investment thesis changed, and will you be taking part in the SPP?

    Wondering how much lower this can get.

    More than anything, here's hoping for transparent and division by division Quarterly/Financial updates which can substantiate financials rather than using THM as extra smoke and mirrors.
