Very simple Tim. Someone has bought a decent line of stock this afternoon. I will go on record as saying most definitively, it is no pump and dump!!!!!! The resistance that was evident at 2.9 and 3c has now been removed. May be only temporarily,it may be not, who knows? It will either be replaced by a new resistance or in fact become the new support level for the next move up. Right now, the market is in the process of establishing the dynamics of that reconfiguration.

What can be said with clarity is that it certainly gives shareholders heart for what is about to happen in the near term when a newsflow begins!
