In the light of jgunter99's and many comments here I thought I would start a "survey" thread to assertain the number of existing E-trade clients that would be prepared to close their accounts with E-trade and "move-on' to another Broker if this issue is not fixed by EST trading day's end. Just give a thumbs up and maybe we can sent a message of "substance" to E-trade about customer service.
