30 years ago I was 10 and the world was a very different place.
It's 2011 dude, there should be a much better system in place ESPECIALLY from an online broker that customers have many millions of dollars tied up in and relying on the service provider to have the right systems in place to ensure MINIMUM DOWNTIME.

NOT COMPLETE MELTDOWNS that take days to fix..

Clearly they DON'T so why should we stick with them?
