Expect the ASX price to be significantly higher on opening in view of the above.

Price should consolidate around today's levels once the ratification of another 5-year licence is approved as those contained in the prior authorization issued in 2015, and it is now up to the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge of the Government of Spain to approve this authorization and establish its duration period.

This should silence some of the local objectors and they can be placated with the promise of a revival in the economic future of the region and employment prospects once the construction of the concentrate plant gets underway.
