If this submission was not forced by some timeline, it could more possiblely get passed, considering that the company has been cautiously preparing for twenty months. It is not a surprise to such a violent tree shaking. I believe insiders are readily collecting cheapies if good news are imminent. Anyway this stock is always full of risks as the CEO emphasized.
