Yes, I agree. SRL management have had plenty of time to clinch a deal for project development, especially when working in a world where Co and Ni are in high demand, a demand that is likely to continue. If they haven't been able to do this then it suggests to me that something is seriously amiss, something that I haven't been able to get my head around. Is it management tactics/competence, the involvement of Chinese capital/involvement, or something related to the viability of the whole project despite all the ballyhoo that we have read about over the years about its prospectiveness ? I'm not prepared to wait any longer, and kept being bullshited too
