BOA-ML substantially the same interest as BlackRock/Vanguard. BlackRock bought into AGL in 2017 and Vanguard brought into it in 2020. from what possibly was a pump in 2017 the share price went from $28 to $5 before they sold out in December last year. Then comes a rejected low ball SJW takeover offer for 8 Billion with a 20 billion to lend to the bidder the financier for which is undisclosed. I looked at the form 603 for BlackRock (now knowing what to look for) and wacko - lots of churning. Who could have node? Hat tip to HFguy for the BlackRock statements astroturfing gold as undesirable.
